By placing a reservation with Nerolimoro, a La Veleta vacation rental, you agree to the following: Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Although every effort is made to ensure security, we are not liable for any personal injury, damage to, or loss of belongings. The home features stairs—please use caution and be aware the property may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. Smoking, parties, and unauthorized visitors are prohibited. Pets are not permitted, please notify us at reservations@staynero.com if you require the utilization of a service animal. There are cameras positioned on the outside of the property, including one at the exterior entrance of Nerolimoro. No commercial use of photos or video taken of the property without prior written consent of the Owners is allowed. In the case of accidental loss or damage to residential property or objects, you agree to notify Guest Services immediately. Items should not be taken from the property, with the exception of designated beach towels, which are to be returned prior to check-out. Failure to abide by this policy will result in forfeiture of partial or full deposit and may result in additional charges for which you are responsible and agree to pay in full. You agree to not share the unique door code issued to you with any unregistered guests or copy any key to the property. A refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay will be collected upon booking your reservation and held until check-out. Release of funds will be issued within 24 hours.
